Open one package of sugar cookie dough onto a working surface; sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour over dough and work it into dough until no longer visible.
Place dough on a sheet of wax paper and sprinkle 2 tablespoons JOLLY RANCHER Cherry Gelatin over dough. Twist gelatin into dough. Form a 12-inch log; sprinkle 2 teaspoons of gelatin over log and roll to cover surface.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes. Repeat the same process with remaining package of dough.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line four baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cut dough into 1/2 inch disks. Place cookies 2 inches apart. Bake 12 to 14 minutes. Cool 3 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire cooling rack and cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Makes 48 servings.
