INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup butter, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup HERSHEY’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 box (3.56 oz.) HERSHEY’S Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
11/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup broken pretzel stick pieces
1/2 cup sweetened or unsweetened coconut

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line a large baking pan with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Combine milk, butter and sugar in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat; stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and add HERSHEY’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and mix to combine. Pour in HERSHEY’S Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix and stir to combine. Add oats, pretzels and coconut and stir until ingredients are coated with chocolate mixture.
  4. Drop individual spoonfuls of the mixture onto prepared pan and rest 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving. Makes 28 to 30 haystacks.
