INGREDIENTS

1 box (3.56 oz.) HERSHEY’S Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 cup eggnog
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups thawed prepared whipped topping, divided
12 gingersnap cookies, broken into small bits
1/4 cup caramel sauce or syrup
1 pinch ground nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place HERSHEY’S Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix in a large mixing bowl. Add eggnog and milk and whisk together for 2 minutes or until thick. Fold 11/2 cups whipped topping into mixture.
  2. In glasses, layer mousse and cookie pieces 2 times ending with mousse on top. Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping, a drizzle of caramel sauce and a sprinkling of ground nutmeg.
  3. Cover and chill 1 hour. This dessert can be prepared 1 day in advance; garnish right before serving. Makes six 1/2 cup servings.
