INGREDIENTS

1 box (3.56 oz.) HERSHEY’S Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
1 pinch of ground cloves
6 cups 1% milk
1/2 cup thawed prepared whipped topping
2 oz. grated white chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine HERSHEY’S Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and milk in a saucepan. Whisk all together.
  2. Heat over medium heat, whisking often. Do not bring to a boil.
  3. Pour into mugs; add dollops of whipped topping, a sprinkle of cinnamon and grated white chocolate to each mug of chai. Makes 6 one-cup servings.

VARIATION

Drizzle the top of each mug with caramel sauce or syrup.
